Brig Abdus Sattar Niazi
Brig Abdus Sattar Niazi, SI(M), (Retd) is a qualified Management Practitioner from Cranfield Management School, Royal Military College of Science Shrivenham, UK and has also done MBA (Marketing) and MS (Management Sciences). He is a Member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and also a Member of City University Peshawar ‘Industry Advisory Board (IAB)’. He did a course in Project Management from China and also a training in “Targeted Selection & Finance for HR Professionals”, from Development Dimension International (DDI) Istanbul, Turkey.
He had retired from Army as Brigadier on July 3rd, 2006 and thereafter served as Manager HR & IR Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd, GM Business Development & HR FINCON Inc, Director Project ERRA, Training Specialist at TESP-World Bank Project of HEC, HR & Admin Consultant at ASP-AiD USAID, HOD Management Sciences at BIMS ARID University and Director HROD at TMUC Pakistan.
He has also been a Visiting Faculty Member at Bahria University, Iqra University, SZABIST, AIOU, UCP, ARID University, UOL and Foundation University. Presently, he is performing as Visiting Faulty of Management Sciences at various universities.
Kiran Faisal Khan
Ms. Kiran Faisal Khan, currently the CEO and partner of the service providing company DUNIAWISE , has been working in the education sector for the past 10 years. She has worked with almost all leading education institutions of Pakistan including Beaconhouse, Pakturk, Roots International and Garrison Academy.
Starting her post high-school education with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Ms. Khan went on to do Master of Computer Science from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology prior to joining Leeds Beckett University for her Master of Philosophy in Education, which she is currently working on.
Ms. Khan began her professional career in full bloom by joining the Ministry of IT and Ministry of Special Initiative. They, in collaboration with SMEDA, then pioneered the first B2B and B2C portals for Industrial Information Network, and Ms. Khan was highly appraised for her part in undertaking this project. Ministry of IT and Ministry of Special Initiative also went on to award Ms. Khan an appreciation letter for successfully conducting the 13th edition of the Islamic Conference, hosting Ministers of all Islamic Countries, which was held in Pakistan.
In addition to working with the Ministry of IT and Ministry of Special Initiative, Ms. Khan also joined Mobilink, a mobile operator company in Pakistan. Mobilink, now known as JAZZ, saw Ms. Khan as the youngest Service Center Manager in its history. While working there, Ms. Khan was the recipient of the ‘Employee of the Month’ and ‘Employee of the Year’ awards for three consecutive years.
Ms. Khan then went on to join the Education sector in 2012 and is a renowned name in her field. She has worked in the position of O and A Level instructor, high-school coordinator, and counsellor. JPS, ROOTS International, Pakturk International, and Your Education System Bannu are some of the Institutions that thrived under Ms. Khan’s wing. Of her many accomplishments, the ones that shine through include the NCUK Counsellor Award (2016), British Council Counselor Award (2017), and her nomination as the current President of GPAH’s Executive Committee.
Furthermore, Ms. Khan also has active participation in United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE), of which she is a member. She has played a vital role in aiding numerous small and medium sized entrepreneurships to take part in USASBE conferences, thus ensuring promotion of the organization.
Brig. Tariq Hussain Khan
Brig. Tariq Hussain Khan, SI(M), (Retd) is a qualified Management and Organizational Development (OD) Practitioner and has done MS (Management Sciences) and MBA (HRM) and is PhD Scholar of Management Sciences. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College, Quetta and Electrical & Mechanical College, Rawalpindi, affiliated with National University of Science Technology (NUST). He holds certification of Entrepreneurship from NUML and is diploma holder of Supply Chain Management from Skill Development Council, Punjab, Lahore at MIIM, Islamabad.
He had retired from Army as Brigadier on July 15th, 2010 after rendering 31 years of meritorious service in Pakistan Army and thereafter had served as Director HR in National Logistic Cell (NLC), Rawalpindi for four years (2011-2014). He has also served as Director Internal Monitoring & Public Complaints in KP Ehtesab Commission at Peshawar for two years (2015-2017). He was engaged as HR Consultant by Foundation Power Company Dharaki Ltd. (FPCDL) and Foundation Kabirwala Power Company Ltd. (FKPCL) for Development of their HR Manuals & improvement of HR Policies and JDs (Job Descriptions) from May 2019 till March 2021. Presently, he is performing as Chairman of Technical Development Council (TechDC).
He has rich experience of HR, management, administration, Aviation Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, faculty and research. He has worked in United Nations for one year and has travelled to a number of countries. He is CEO and founder of a number of business ventures to include Fair & FASST Builders and Consultants, FASST Enterprises, Sentinels Travel & Tours, Four Friends Enterprises and FASST Consultants.
Arslan Bin Tariq

Air ticketing course from a renowned institute and has over four years hand-on experience of ticketing softwares to include Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Amadeus. He is partner and co-founder of Sentinels Travel and Tours. He is expert in visa processing and tourism. He is also partner and Director Marketing and Sales of Fair & FASST Builders and Consultants.
Dr. Uzair Zahir Shah
Dr. Uzair Zahir Shah is a graduate from Wuhan University China. He is a qualified professional in travel and tourism. Dr. Uzair has done
Air ticketing course from a renowned institute and has over five years hand-on experience of ticketing softwares to include Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Amadeus. He is partner and co-founder of Sentinels Travel and Tours. He is expert in visa processing and tourism.
He has travelled to more than 20 countries in the world and lived in United States and China.
Ms. Mouna Koser is with rich experience of HR, management and has done MS-Management (UMT), MHRM (PU) and MA-Sociology (PU). She has a unique combination of teaching experience with University Of Lahore, University Of Central Punjab, Institute Of Administrative Sciences (PU), Institute Of Business Administration (PU) & training exposure with IRP. Considerable knowledge of devising, business sector development strategies, including education as an educator. She has done projects with CBOs, NGOs, CIDA, UNISEF, HASP, CIET, IRP, BUNYAAD, PPA, NACP and PACP etc. She is one of the pioneer members of Child Protection & Welfare Bureau (CPWB/Lhr). She did her certifications Strategic HR Management, Change Management from UMT/Lahore campus and is diploma holder of Labor Laws and English Linguistics from PU/Lahore campus.
She has more than 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Administration, could work equally well as a team member and a leader and have the ability to adapt to circumstances, take decisions and work under pressure. Including Influential team member with inbuilt talent blessed with Vision, Crises-Management & Conflict-Resolution through a team of dedicated Managers and Self-disciplined employees with an atmosphere of moral support and motivation, straightaway leading to the objectives.
