Refund and Cancellation Policy

We will be able to provide refund in the following conditions :-

  • Full refund will be done if the expert does not join the chat at the given date and time.
  • If the client is not satisfied with the answers then he/she can Contact Us regarding their dissatisfaction. We will analyze the chat, if we find out the expert advice was not satisfactory then we will issue partial or full refund depending on the chat.
  • The client can cancel the appointment about 30 min before the start time. We will refund the full amount if cancellation is done before 30min of start time. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund the amount.
